          Robert Glover, Somerset herald (1544-88), Heraldic miscellany:

     ca 1588. Paper; i + 117 ff. (foliated to 119, but two leaves have been
     removed); f. 76 has been cut out and glued in with wax between ff. 24
     and 25. 168 x 161 mm.; 1 column.

     VII (8, -5), VIII (12), IX (14, +15), X (12).

          Cursive bookhand. There are many illustrations of crests, arms,
     and robes. Bound in thick vellum.

          Signiture of William Bracke, 1691. Family notes by his son,
     William Bracke, to 1709. Bookplate of Thomas Beckwith of York, Painter
     and F.A.S. Bequest of James M. Osborn, 1976.
