Parchment. ff. 93, 255 x 170-180 (approx. 168 x 110) mm. One column,
variable number of lines. Single vertical bounding lines and ruling in
highly faded ink.
I^^8+1, II-III^^10, IV^^10+1, V^^8, VI^^10, VII^^8, VIII^^6, IX^^10, X^^10+1.
Several notarial hands, signed and dated by notaries.
Heading on f. 2 in calligraphic script with a large interlaced penwork
initial. Notaries' marks.
Binding: Contemporary blind stamped leather with foldover flap and buckle.
Miniature of St. Ambrose painted on front cover.
