Paper, several watermarks, most indeterminate, but one resembling Piccard,
vol. 10, II 307 (Pavia, 1397-99). ff. i (paper) +i (parchment) +201 +i
(parchment) +i (paper), 221 x 149 (149 x 109) mm. Ff. 134 and 143 misbound,
transposed. Two columns, 30-32 lines. Rubricated. Single bounding lines in
highly faded ink. Unruled.
I^^3, II-XX^^10, XXI^^8. Catchwords just to the right of center in lower
margins.
Italian humanist cursive.
Binding: Plain vellum over boards. Endleaves from a 14th century breviary.
Provenance: Front paper flyleaf has the notes: "Est antiqua Romana familia
bibliotheca in proprietatem pervenit L. Iohannis de Romanis Iosephi fil.
e Casalimajiore An. MDCCLXX." and "Di Anton Ennio Montane di Caselmaggiore".
